Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Happy Rider!

We offer exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

Changes

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contacto@happyrider.cl.

Your item must be in perfect condition, with all its accessories such as bags with screws, manuals, anchoring systems, etc. For sealed equipment, the seal must not be broken.

The item must be in the original packaging and in excellent condition.

To complete your exchange, we require your original receipt or invoice.

It is the customer's responsibility to send the products for exchange to the address and times established in the Shipping section.

The value of the shipping item is not refundable since it was a delivered service.

Happy Rider SPA does not comply with the right of withdrawal, therefore, it does not accept returns that are not directly related to factory defects in the equipment.

Exempt Goods

The following goods are exempt from changes:

  • Gift cards.

  • Some health and personal care items.

Warranties

We provide a 3-month legal guarantee for manufacturing defects.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

    If approved, then your refund will be processed via bank transfer within a maximum period of 7 days.

    If it is rejected, we will send you an email from contacto@happyrider.cl with the reason and photographic or audiovisual evidence of the reason for the rejection. The shipping and collection of the product will be your responsibility.

    Refunds

    • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact us at contacto@happyrider.cl.

    • If the customer cancels the purchase before Happy Rider SPA makes the shipment and the payment was made through debit or credit cards, you will be reimbursed only 95% of the total purchase for the card payment fee.

    • If the customer cancels the purchase once the product is already in the hands of the transport company, the customer must return the product to Happy Rider SPA at the address indicated in the Shipping section.

    • All refunds are made by bank transfer to the account of the RUT associated with the receipt or invoice and no other RUT. This process takes 7 business days after the product has been reviewed by Happy Rider SPA.

    Shipment

    • The shipping address is San José de la estrella 0882, La Granja, during the following hours: Monday to Thursday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday until 4:00 p.m. The shipment must be paid for; if it comes under the “pay on delivery” mode, it will be rejected by the transport company.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for manufacturing defects, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. However, we make every effort to ensure that the products are in your hands within 72 business hours.
